We established CIPE, the Construction Industry Project Excellence Award, in 2016 to recognize the outstanding delivery of capital projects. In addition to celebrating excellence, we use this program to standardize productivity metrics that signal exceptional performance. With this uniform standard, we’re developing tracking and improvement initiatives to build enhanced, sustainable processes for project delivery.
