The construction industry has faced declining productivity for decades. And the problem is especially apparent in craft disciplines. We’ve watched as industries like manufacturing have used benchmarking and discipline to implement change. Now, we’ve created the opportunity for change in our own industry.

The High-Level Productivity Calculator (HLPC) was launched through a collaboration with COAA, CII, CURT, and CLMA. The HLPC enables leaders to benchmark a project and its craft disciplines against validated data from other projects. With trustworthy data to measure against, you can make targeted improvements for better productivity.
Add general information like the project’s name, location, type, total cost, start date, and end date. All data is validated before it is stored in our database for future inclusion in the statistical population.
Enter the total recordable incident rate (TRIR), total direct work hours, and total indirect work hours. Choose between metric or imperial units of measurement.
Input quantities and hours for up to eight disciplines. Use installed quantities (not reworks) and actual worked hours (including reworks).
Add the number of modules and pre-assembled skids along with the size of the project management team.
Answer questions about the timing and quality of engineering deliverables.
