Bill Tibbitt is Executive Director, Worldwide Engineering & Real Estate, Johnson & Johnson. A graduate Civil Engineer of New Jersey Institute of Technology, he has 40 years of project management experience. Bill began his career in project management with the New Jersey Highway Authority before moving to a general contractor who specialized in the construction of marine structures. Subsequent to that, he managed projects at a multinational chemicals company for four years prior to beginning his career with Johnson & Johnson 28 years ago. In his present position, Bill and the group he leads are responsible for the project management of all of Johnson & Johnson's major capital projects worldwide.
Bill was among the original owner members to form the Construction Users Roundtable (CURT) and served as chairman of the CURT Board of Trustees. He has been a member of The Associated General Contractors' Private Industry Advisory Council since its beginning.
