Mr. Aparicio is in-house counsel and Contracts Manager for General Electric's Corporate Properties and Services Operation, based in Birmingham, Alabama. He is directly in charge of the selection of consultants and contractors for GE's corporate global capital projects and also supports other GE businesses and components in their environmental and capital construction programs. Mr. Aparicio holds Bachelors of Architecture and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Miami, Florida, and is a certified specialist in Construction Law in the State of Florida, where he holds concurrent professional licenses to practice architecture, interior design, construction, and law. In addition, Mr. Aparicio is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Construction Users Roundtable, where he serves as president.
